Commercial terms for businesses using Greetivo’s AI secretary and call answering platform.

These terms govern access to and use of Greetivo as an AI secretary, AI receptionist, virtual receptionist, call answering service, and appointment-support platform.

1. Service scope

Greetivo provides software-based call handling and related account features that may include answering, summaries, notifications, booking-related actions, dashboards, and reporting.

2. Monthly model

Greetivo is intended to be monthly pay as you go, with no minimum contract term unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Clients may cancel future renewals through the account and billing controls made available.

3. No refunds

To the fullest extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable once made, including where the service has been configured, accessed, tested, or used in whole or in part, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

4. Client obligations

  • Provide accurate account and business information.
  • Use the service lawfully and appropriately for the sector involved.
  • Review outputs, summaries, and appointment outcomes before relying on them operationally.

5. Third-party AI and provider dependency

Greetivo depends on external providers including AI APIs, telephony networks, hosting, email, payment, and supporting infrastructure. Availability, output quality, and continuity may therefore be affected by third-party dependencies outside Greetivo’s direct control.

6. Liability limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greetivo shall not be liable for loss, damage, missed booking, missed lead, incorrect answer, or other adverse consequence arising from third-party AI dysfunction, telephony outages, routing issues, transcription errors, or client misconfiguration. Clients acknowledge that AI-assisted systems are probabilistic and not error-free.

7. Recommended operational setup

While clients may choose different diversion rules, Greetivo generally recommends diverting all calls for the strongest consistency, cleaner caller experience, and better operational visibility.
